SHOW 2014 AT NEW BUCKENHAM VILLAGE HALL

PERFORMERS!

All ballet pupils must come in ballet uniform with socks and clean ballet shoes with elastic sewn in place. Grade III upwards must have ballet tights.


Hair must be in a ballet bun securely pinned with all fringes pinned back off of the face. This includes Grade III upwards ballet pupils. Short hair must be pinned / lacquered back with no hair bands or hair ornaments.

ALL CLOTHING MUST BE LABELLED.

No jewellery, earrings, nail varnish, tattoos.    All electrical devices are brought at your own risk!

You may bring water and packed food (for a long stay).   

No sweets, sugary drinks, chewing gum, biscuits / crisps.


All Tap and Contemporary only pupils: please arrive at the interval Let me know if this is a problem.


THURSDAY 27th MARCH      Main Cast plus Banham performers

Show starts at 7.00 p.m.   Cast arrive at 6.00 p.m.

First half: la Fille mal Gardée  

Interval 8.00 p.m. (approx.)

Second half: 8.20 p.m. (approx.) Tap and Contemporary    

Finish: 9.00 p.m. (approx.)

Any parents willing to help apply make-up to younger pupils will need to come at 6.00 p.m. with the performers for 40-45 minutes.


FRIDAY 28th MARCH  Main Cast plus Bressingham (Diss) performers

Show starts at 7.30 p.m.   Cast arrive at 6.30 p.m.

First half: la Fille mal Gardée   

Interval 8.30 p.m. (approx.)

Second half: 8.50 p.m. (approx.) Tap and Contemporary    

Finish: 9.30 p.m. (approx.)

Any parents willing to help apply make-up to younger pupils will need to come at 6.30 p.m. with the performers for 40-45 minutes.


SATURDAY 29th MARCH (Matinee)  Main Cast plus Riddlesworth/Barnardiston performers who are needed at 10.00 to rehearse on the stage, 12 noon for photographs, 1.00 lunch, 1.30 costumes and make-up.

Banham (Pre-School Sunflowers, (only 30 mins at 10.30), Primary, Grade II, III and IV Ballet) and

Bressingham (Charleston) performers are all needed from 10.00 - 12 noon to rehearse. They may stay on or return at 1.30.

Show starts at 2.30 p.m.   Cast arrive at 1.30 p.m.

First half: la Fille mal Gardée   

Interval 3.30 p.m. (approx.)

Second half: 3.50 p.m. (approx.) Tap and Contemporary    

Finish: 4.30 p.m. (approx.)

SATURDAY 29th MARCH (Evening)     Main Cast plus Bressingham (Diss)

All performers are required to stay for the Ballet Finale (First Half) unless you have informed me that you need to go early.
